When you call MorMac Inspections I will come to your new house and inspect all of its' major components including: the roof, exterior and lot, structure, interior, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, attic, insulation and ventilation. These things are not the real eye catching things that you may be looking at when you looked through the home. They are however the things that will make the home comfortable, livable and most importantly, cost the most to repair or replace.

Once the inspection is completed I will prepare a report for you that will in plain english explain any problems or improvements with the home. This report will contain illustrations, pictures and descriptions detailing all conditions found. When you read the report you will know what is wrong with the house and why it needs attention. Also, because the report is web based if you wanted to learn more about anything in the report there is an online library with even more great information!
